The Board has seven (7) members:

• The head of Regional Council, or if the head chooses not to be on the Board, another member of Regional Council, appointed by the Council
• Two other members of Regional council, appointed by the Council
• One citizen appointed by Regional Council
• Three persons appointed by the Province of Ontario
