Omar Khan was appointed as a Provincial Appointee to the Regional Municipality of Peel Police Service Board on July 27, 2024.

Omar, a lifelong resident of Peel Region, is a steadfast supporter of community safety and protection. His entrepreneurial involvement in the construction and manufacturing industries highlights his commitment to quality and innovation. Omar has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Omar is a dedicated supporter of children’s charities, promoting and advocating for the well-being and opportunities of young people. Some of the charities Omar volunteers and supports include Children’s Make a Wish and Friends of the Orphans Canada. Additionally, his efforts in mental health awareness aim to reduce stigma and promote well-being within the community.
